Client: a leading Indian container-logistics PSU (anonymised)
My role: solo PM — conceived, designed, and built the prototype myself using AI-assisted rapid prototyping
An active RFP. Slide decks are how everyone loses these — the client had seen plenty. The bet: show a working product instead of describing one.
A role-based operations intelligence “super app” prototype — a working web application demonstrating how different roles (operations, management) would see, query, and act on enterprise data in one place.
Built solo, using AI coding tools as a co-pilot — the same discipline I bring to client AI products applied to my own workflow.
The working demo secured client buy-in and moved a ₹10 Cr opportunity into commercial closure.
In pre-sales, a clickable “80% wrong” prototype beats a “100% right” deck. It moves the conversation from whether to how — and AI-assisted prototyping has collapsed the cost of doing this from weeks to days. If you're a PM not building throwaway prototypes in 2026, you're leaving deals on the table.
